Low-Impact Movement That Builds Real Strength
Reformer pilates uses spring resistance and controlled, low-impact movement to build core strength, stability and body control — without the joint stress of high-impact training. It’s an excellent option alongside injury recovery, or as ongoing conditioning in its own right.
Because our reformer sessions sit within a physiotherapy clinic, they’re informed by clinical knowledge of how your body moves. Whether you join a small group or work one-on-one, every session is guided, deliberate and matched to your level.

Your First Reformer Session
We’ll start by understanding your body, your history and your goals, so your program starts at the right level — there’s no assumed experience and nothing to prepare beyond comfortable clothing.
Sessions run as small groups or one-on-one, with close guidance on technique and spring resistance. As your strength and control build, your exercises progress with you.
We welcome Medicare (EPC), DVA, TAC, WorkSafe and NDIS patients, with HICAPS available for on-the-spot private health claims.
