Hope Parrocho

Hope Parrocho

Physiotherapist

For Hope, physiotherapy is more than a profession; it's a journey that started with her work as a sports physio in the Philippines. With a 2012 degree from a top university, she developed a deep understanding of prioritising immediate relief while also planning for a complete recovery. Her experience working with high-performance commercial and national sports athletes gives her a unique edge in treating complex injuries.

Since moving to Australia in 2017, Hope has been a dedicated physiotherapist in private practice. While she enjoys the challenge of post-operative rehabilitation and has a special interest in the spine, shoulder, pelvis, and headaches, she is highly skilled in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. Hope firmly believes that the most effective path to recovery combines hands-on manual therapy with strategic exercises to restore optimal strength and function.

Outside of the clinic, Hope channels her passion for movement through dance, a hobby that perfectly complements her professional work. She also finds joy and relaxation in spending time with her dog, Reyna, whose name fittingly means "Queen" in Filipino.
