Hope Parrocho
Physiotherapist
For Hope, physiotherapy is more than a profession; it's a journey that started with her work as a sports physio in the Philippines. With a 2012 degree from a top university, she developed a deep understanding of prioritising immediate relief while also planning for a complete recovery. Her experience working with high-performance commercial and national sports athletes gives her a unique edge in treating complex injuries.
Since moving to Australia in 2017, Hope has been a dedicated physiotherapist in private practice. While she enjoys the challenge of post-operative rehabilitation and has a special interest in the spine, shoulder, pelvis, and headaches, she is highly skilled in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. Hope firmly believes that the most effective path to recovery combines hands-on manual therapy with strategic exercises to restore optimal strength and function.
Outside of the clinic, Hope channels her passion for movement through dance, a hobby that perfectly complements her professional work. She also finds joy and relaxation in spending time with her dog, Reyna, whose name fittingly means "Queen" in Filipino.

Amrita Kohli
Allied Health Assistant
Currently completing her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, Amrita is a dedicated advocate for human anatomy and functional movement. With a strong academic background in health sciences, she brings a high level of clinical curiosity and energy to Progress Physiotherapy, ensuring our patients feel supported and motivated throughout their rehabilitation.
Amrita works closely with our senior team to assist in delivering personalised care. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel empowered and informed on their journey to recovery.
Outside of her clinical studies, Amrita has a deep passion for dance and music, having trained in a diverse range of styles including Hip-hop, Bollywood, and Bhangra. She finds that the discipline of dance perfectly complements her studies in movement science. When she isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys staying active, gaming, and exploring Melbourne’s cinema culture.
